ROTA VOLUNTEERS

Thelma Pugh and I will shortly be preparing rotas for November and December for readers, intercessors, welcomers, coffee makers so if you are able to help with these tasks please complete an availability form from back of church and return to Thelma or me by Sunday 22nd October.

BENEFICE MAGAZINE

We are hoping to re-establish the magazine in its paper form and are working towards that end early in the new year — possibly in February. In the meantime, we want to continue Pam Clarke’s good work by issuing, in an electronic form, Benefice / Parish news and events for the November and combined December / January ‘copies’.

This, of course, means we NEED copy, and that means YOU. If you would like to help in any way please get in touch initially with the small committee of Phoebe Ashton, Karl Gough and Rob Haarhoff, but ultimately with your Parish Correspondent. We are hoping that the Parish Correspondents will be set up, with the help of the PCC’s, as soon as possible. But this is still to be arranged.

We hope the parishes will embrace this way of keeping in touch with each other, with sharing together news and views, and rejoicing in our common fellowship in Christ.
