07:00 – 17:00 PRAYER DAY
St Paul said: And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Ephesians 6:18
One occasion to offer ‘all kinds of prayers and requests’ is the Prayer Day; an opportunity to put aside time to pray, perhaps in a more focussed way, or for a longer period of time than usual. This year, as well as ‘stations’ offering inspirations for individual use, there will be a time of group prayer in the morning (time TBC) and then concluding with group worship and prayer at 4pm
To have 10 hours of continuous prayer, one or two people are needed to commit to a specific hour. Please set the day aside for prayer and consider if you would be able to commit to a specific hour.
